From fsuirb at lists.fsu.edu Thu Oct 14 17:00:38 2021 From: fsuirb at lists.fsu.edu (FSU Institutional Review Board) Date: Thu, 14 Oct 2021 21:00:38 +0000 Subject: [FSU IRB] ALERT: RAMP IRB Downtime October 22 Message-ID: IMPORTANT ALERT: RAMP IRB DOWNTIME FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22 (6pm-12am ET) RAMP IRB, the web-based portal through which you upload your human research studies for FSU IRB and Office for Human Subjects Protection (OHSP) review, will undergo a suite-wide RAMP upgrade (RAMP version 10.0) on the evening of October 22, 2021 beginning at 6:00PM ET. The upgrade will require that RAMP IRB be unavailable on Friday, October 22, 2021 beginning at 6:00PM ET. The duration of the downtime is not certain but may last until midnight or later on October 23. You will not be able use RAMP IRB or any other RAMP module during this time. Please note the IRB submission deadline for applications determined to required convened IRB review at the November 10th meeting has been adjusted to account for this down-time, see this link: Meeting Dates & Deadlines | FSU Office of Research Please be sure to save any of your RAMP IRB work and log out of RAMP IRB before this time.
