IMPORTANT ALERT: IRB SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR JANUARY MEETING CHANGED TO DECEMBER 3


The RAMP<https://myramp.research.fsu.edu/> system, to include the RAMP IRB module, will be taken offline on Friday, January 7, 2022, and RAMP IRB will be unavailable for your use until after 8:00AM ET on Monday, January 10. To accommodate the downtime and still provide sufficient time for the FSU Institutional Review Board (IRB) to consider any submissions for its January 12 meeting, the deadline for submitting human research applications to the FSU Institutional Review Board (IRB) for this meeting was pushed back to midnight FRIDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2021, see this link: Meeting Dates & Deadlines | FSU Office of Research<https://www.research.fsu.edu/research-offices/ohsp/meeting-dates-deadlines/>  Submissions received after this date may be scheduled for the February 9 IRB meeting. Please plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT: you will not have ANY access to your RAMP IRB materials (communications, IRB-approved protocols, consent forms, etc.) or any RAMP IRB resources (templates, forms, guides) during this time. This downtime is required so that FSU may launch its new Conflicts Administration and Management System (CAMS) module. To prepare for this RAMP downtime, as well as possible delay in return to functionality, you should plan to prepare your RAMP IRB submissions and access any RAMP IRB library resources (templates, forms etc.) before or after this downtime period.
