[FSU IRB] ALERT: RAMP IRB Downtime May 18

[FSU Institutional Review Board]

IMPORTANT ALERT: RAMP IRB DOWNTIME MONDAY, MAY 18 2020 (6pm-12am ET)



RAMP IRB, the web-based portal through which you upload your human research studies for FSU IRB and Office for Human Subjects Protection (OHSP) review, will undergo an upgrade (RAMP IRB 9.1) on the evening of May 18, 2020 at 6:00PM ET. The upgrade may take between 4-5 hours or more to complete.



The upgrade will provide the IRB with improved visibility of your studies so that pending reviews and researcher-required follow-up or responses are prominently noted.



The upgrade will require that RAMP IRB be unavailable on Monday, May 18, 2020 beginning at 6:00PM ET, and may not be available until midnight. You will not be able use RAMP IRB during this time; therefore, please be sure to save any of your RAMP IRB work and log out of RAMP IRB before this time.
