The RAMP IRB module is almost finalized and it is scheduled to go-live on June 21, 2019. The Human Subjects Office offered Protocol Writing Workshops in March and April to provide training on using the new Protocol Template contained within the Human Research Protection Program (HRPP) Toolkit. As the new forms within the Toolkit are now being used, we are ready to focus our attention on how these forms will be submitted using the new RAMP IRB system next month. We encourage researchers and administrators to attend one of the upcoming training workshops, which will cover the topics necessary for users to gain the knowledge required to successfully navigate the RAMP IRB system. The training will walk participants through the process of completing the online system prompts and provide ample opportunity for questions and answers. Also, an Investigator Manual has been posted to the Human Subjects Office website and can be accessed here. This resource is designed to guide you through policies and procedures related to the conduct of Human Subjects Research. Please email humansubjects at fsu.edu to reserve your spot for one of the workshops listed below.
