[Fla-facrlboard] FACRL Response to Veto of the Complete Florida Plus Program

Hi Guy,

I still need to incorporate the suggestions that everyone emailed to the
document, as they weren't added to the document yet. We can add the direct
email address but it has been my understanding to hyperlink email addresses
and URLs with text for accessibility purposes. We can certainly include
both.
