Good morning,

The letter looks fine, though I might add the line RE: this endangering the SACSCOC accreditation at many institutions. This is likely to be language that will get attention from the heads of state schools that might not immediately understand the library language and help bring home the gravity of the situation.

I think this is great. I know that some people might disagree but spelling out the email address in the text body helps me besides just providing a link. Otherwise it’s perfect and as soon as it goes out to the membership I’m going to FWD it to our library department.

I heard back from Elijah Scott and he said it would be very helpful for FACRL to send out a message to our membership about this. I have updated Deborah's message with some additional information Elijah sent me and an updated article that better describes what is being cut and the impact.

We need to send this out ASAP tomorrow, so please provide any feedback by 10 am tomorrow morning.
