In the text at the beginning and in question 3, please change 2018 to 2019. Also, please change "submit your response by Friday November 2nd" to "submit your response by Friday November 8th.
For question 13, please change 2018 to 2020.

Not sure if I missed it last week (it was a crazy week for me!) but I didn't see the conference survey go out? If it was not sent out, can it please be sent out this week? It will be really helpful for me in planning next year's conference to get feedback from this year.
