Hi, Becky,
I'm overwhelmed with gratitude and humbled that you would offer us this much-needed assistance. On behalf of our FSU Panama City students, staff, and faculty dealing still with the existing-and newly developing-problems, conditions, and lack of services, we thank you for your thoughtful generosity and consideration. As an aside, we had large piece of metal roofing fall with a loud boom on a nearby metal overhand adjacent to the library just this morning! So every day is a new post-hurricane experience.
We would ask Suzette to please send the check to the address below, and we will certainly have a good use for it.
Make the check out to the following: FSU, Panama City
Please mail check to the following address:

Thank you!
Shaun

Dear Lori, Vikki, and Shaun,
On behalf of the Florida Association of College & Research Libraries, I'm contacting you to let you know that our Hurricane Michael relief campaign has come to a close, and we would like to divide the proceeds equally among your three libraries to do with as you see best fit. The proceeds will be $500 for each institution.
Our treasurer, Suzette Spencer, will be happy to disburse the funds to you in check or via PayPal, whichever is easiest for you. Would you kindly respond to both of us to let us know how you'd like us to get the funds to you? Suzette is sspencer at broward.edu<mailto:sspencer at broward.edu> and I'm rdonlan at fgcu.edu<mailto:rdonlan at fgcu.edu>.
We hope that this amount, though small, will be of some aid to you and your staffs as you continue to rebuild after the devastation of last year. Please know that your colleagues in FACRL are thinking of you and are ready to help you in other ways-please just let us know how we can be of service.
With my best wishes-
Becky
