For several years, ACRL has made funds available to give chapters the opportunity to invite members of the ACRL Board and the Executive Director to the region as participants in chapter activities and to speak about ACRL’s activities and initiatives and learn of members’ interests at the chapter level. ACRL is once again happy to offer up to ten chapter visits for the 2019-2020 fiscal year, allowing chapters to take further advantage of the program and its slate of distinguished speakers eager to share ideas.

To best accommodate requests, chapters should submit requests for an ACRL officer at least 6 months prior to the chapter’s event.

Visits are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To maintain equity, each chapter is eligible for a visit every four years. Is your chapter ineligible for a visit this year?
