[Fla-facrlboard] Disaster donation target

Hi all,

We haven't yet decided who we'd like to support, and I want to get consensus from the Board about potential donations.  While there is certainly merit in simply directing our donations to FLA (and it's easy), we may want to target academic libraries in particular.

FSU has set up two emergency funds http://foundation.fsu.edu/hurricane-michael-how-help.
One is specifically dedicated to "benefit faculty, staff and students at FSU Panama City", while the other is a general relief fund.  On the above page there are also a few other organizations listed that would benefit from donations.

Chipola College and Gulf Coast State College are also suffering heavy losses.  I have not seen any funds for GCSC, but Chipola has the following info on their website:

Alumni and Friends of Chipola College have asked what they can do to help those affected by Hurricane Michael.
