The program offers an opportunity to learn from, and support, library workers facing the distinct challenges and opportunities of our teaching-focused colleges and universities, where staff members often have broad portfolios of responsibilities.

Here’s what two of our current participants shared about their experience in the program:

  *   “We are learning from each other! Which is always what I think is the best teacher/student, mentor/mentee relationship there is.”
  *   “We have been a great help to each other discussing very challenging issues.”
