📢 Call for Participants: Dissertation Research Study
Are you an academic library leader working at a college or university in the United States? I invite you to participate in a dissertation research study exploring how academic library leaders perceive institutional support for professional development and how that support influences their ability to serve students and contribute to institutional goals.
Study Title
Perceptions of Academic Library Leaders Regarding Institutional Support for Professional Development in the United States
Who Can Participate?
You may be eligible if you:
✔ Currently serve in a formal supervisory or leadership role within an academic library at a U.S. college or university
✔ Hold a Master’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science (MLIS)
What Participation Involves

  *   Completing a brief demographic questionnaire
  *   Participating in a virtual interview (approximately 30–45 minutes)
  *   Sharing your experiences and perspectives regarding institutional support for professional development

Your insights will contribute to a better understanding of how professional development support impacts library leadership effectiveness and institutional success.
