To help you get started, ALA has created a new resource, Show Up for E-Rate , with tips for inviting congressional offices to your library and making the case for why E-Rate matters. We encourage library advocates, state chapter leaders, and library workers in public and state libraries to use this resource to plan a visit during an upcoming congressional recess or state work period.
