This year?s conference foregrounds the role of digital humanities in gathering, curating, interpreting, preserving, and sharing the humanities for diverse audiences. We seek contributions that demonstrate emerging methodologies, practices, platforms, and tools, that help bring history, literature, culture, ethics, and lived experience into the public sphere in meaningful and accessible ways. Thematic Focus In alignment with the national commemoration of America 250, proposals that examine Florida?s role in the American story?past, present, and future?are especially encouraged. While America 250 is a preferred theme, broader Florida-based humanities topics and digital humanities projects not explicitly tied to the anniversary are also welcome. Call for Proposals The Education and Behavioral Sciences Section (EBSS) Research Committee invites proposals for presentations at their virtual research forum, to be held online on May 6, 2026. Our charge is to investigate and propose ways for education and behavioral science librarians to share ideas about new directions in education and behavioral science librarianship, research in progress or recently completed, and other current topics of interest. We invite proposals on research projects that are relevant to library work in education, behavioral, or social sciences or to academic libraries in general. The Research Forum encourages and supports researchers of all levels and offers an opportunity to present research that is complete or currently underway through a 10-minute lightning talk format. Presenters will share their work in a peer-reviewed venue and receive feedback from the ACRL community. Lightning talks are selected via a competitive, open peer review process.?Those who are not selected will receive formative feedback from the EBSS Research Committee.
