As we observe Mental Health Month Awareness Month, the FACRL Programming Committee invites you to attend the upcoming free webinar: "Supporting Student Well-Being in Academic Libraries" Monday, May 12, 2025, from 1-2 pm.

At a time in which students are facing increasing levels of anxiety and depression, academic librarians are uniquely situated to foster student well-being on campus. Learn more about how best to support students during uncertain times from a panel of librarians who are leading student wellness efforts in their libraries. Moderated by Hannah Whitaker (Women & Gender Studies Librarian, University of Florida), join us for an insightful discussion with Maria Atilano (Student Engagement Librarian, University of North Florida), Brittnee Fisher (Public Services Librarian, St. Johns River State College), Ariel Pomputius (Health Science Liaison Librarian, University of Florida), and Jasmine Simmons (Student Success Librarian, University of Florida) as they share insights from their student-centered research and programming.
