The Hunt Library, located on the Daytona Beach Campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU), is recruiting for an Associate Director for Electronic & Technical Services, a non-tenure track position.  As a member of the library Management Team, the successful candidate will lead the Electronic and Technical Services team, which is responsible for the acquisition and provision of online and physical materials and services in support of residential and distance learning campus programs.



Required qualification:



  *   ALA-accredited master's degree in library or information science
  *   A minimum of two years management experience, including supervision of full-time employees
  *   Experience in a medium or large library
  *   Library collection management, cataloguing, or electronic library services experience
  *   Experience leading a cross-departmental team in a library environment
  *   Familiarity with information technology
  *   Ability to work in a diverse environment and interact and collaborate with individuals of different backgrounds
  *   Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  *   Excellent written and oral communication skills
