Each of these leaders brings a unique blend of experience, passion, and vision to our board:



🌟Zoraya Betancourt serves as Director of the Academic Success Center at the University of South Florida, where she’s led transformative initiatives including the PASS program, Academic Peer Mentoring, and on-site academic care. A former FCLCA Secretary and Conference Planning Chair, Zoraya is a dedicated advocate for student success and professional development. Her leadership continues to elevate FCLCA and empower students and staff across the state.



🌟 Ann Gunther is the Director of the Center for Academic Success & Achievement at Keiser University’s Flagship Campus, where she also coordinates the Writing Studio. With a strong foundation in administration, communication, and technology, Ann brings precision and creativity to her work. Her enthusiasm for collaboration and member engagement will be a tremendous asset in her role as Membership Secretary.



🌟 Comfort Olugbuyi is Associate Director for Online Academic Support at Florida Atlantic University and formerly served as Director of Academic Resources at Palm Beach Atlantic University. With over 15 years of experience in academic support and professional development, Comfort has led CRLA trainings, presented internationally, and organized major events. She’s passionate about designing impactful professional development opportunities that uplift learning center professionals across Florida.



We’re excited for the energy, expertise, and collaboration these new board members will bring to FCLCA. Their leadership will help us continue our mission of supporting learning centers and student success across the state.
