[FCLCA] Private Tutoring Contracts?

Hello to my colleagues across the state!  I have a quick question - an "ask" from my Provost's Office.  Please reply and let me know if you have contracted with one or more private tutoring companies to augment your learning center services at your institution.  Specifically, for each contract:

What is the name of the company?
What types of tutoring services are provided?  (online or face-to-face or other)
What kinds of courses, in the most general terms? (any course, selected courses, only courses not tutored in the university learning center, writing courses only, etc.)
