Florida Gulf Coast University's Center for Academic Achievement is searching for a Coordinator for Step Ahead, our six-week summer bridge program.  In this role, you would have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the Step Ahead program, including the recruitment and hiring peer mentors, the facilitation of a transition course and academic coaching meetings with FGCU students.
