Please read below for the details of those updates. In accordance with Article XVI, Section 2, ("Amendments"), the FCLCA Bylaws may also be amended by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, provided no fewer than five (5) Directors are present. The proposals were submitted in a manner consistent with all requirements of Article XVI, Section II. Below is a summation of revisions that were made to Article I and Article II of the Bylaws which passed by unanimous vote of the Directors. * Article 1: Name / The name of this organization shall be the Florida College Learning Center Association (FCLCA). Revision summation: "The name of this organization shall be the Florida College Learning Center Association. Hereinafter referred to as "FCLCA" or "the Association." * Article II: The place in the this state (Florida) where the principle office of the Corporation is to be located is the City of Tampa, in Hillsborough County. In accordance with Article IX, Section 4, ("Board of Directors/Vacancies") of the FCLCA Bylaws, temporary vacancies in the office of Director may be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term by appointment of the President.
