Congratulations to Vincent Salters for being selected for the Fulbright U.S. Scholar award to Germany in Academic Year 2024-2025.

The selection letter received by Salters is signed by Donna Brazille and states:

"The United States Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, which oversees Fulbright Program operations throughout the world, joins the Board in congratulating you.
