I understand the concern. What is the recommended procedure if an urgent, unexpected meeting has to be organized the same day or within hours?

Reservation requests should be submitted 48 hours in advance.  We have been getting requests for reservations the day OF the event and have had to decline some requests.  Please be mindful of the staff that is handling your requests.
