Seats are still available in SDS 4481 sections 002 and 003! See attached flyer.

The purpose of Communication and Human Relations (SDS 4481) is to provide basic knowledge of and a forum for practicing skills relating to effective communication and human relations. Didactic and experiential methods will be used to facilitate students’ personal growth through self-exploration and constructive interactions with others. The course objectives are to: (1) . Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the skills involved in effective communication and development of constructive human relations; (2)  Recognize effective and ineffective interpersonal communication patterns within ourselves and others; (3)  Develop an individual plan of change to overcome personal barriers to interpersonal effectiveness; and (4) Utilize communication and interpersonal skills to enhance one's own personal and professional life, while enhancing the lives of others.
