Subject: [ScholarsCommons] Library workshops & social for Graduate students

Welcome back graduate students! We hope your fall semester is off to a great start. Here are a few announcements from Scholars Commons.

New Graduate Student Webpage - We have a new graduate student home page on the library website. Modeled on the main library website, it is customized for quick, easy access to the most relevant links and information for graduate students. Check it out here and keep it bookmarked: http://www.lib.fsu.edu/graduate-students

Fall Workshop Series - Stop by the library for our upcoming workshops on topics ranging from citation management programs (RefWorks, Zotero, etc.) to data management to copyright and open access. Graduate Research 101, our first workshop with three sessions available on September 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, will be particularly valuable for new graduate students. See the full list here: http://www.lib.fsu.edu/scholars-commons/workshops

Library Social for Graduate Students and Postdocs - Meet and mingle with fellow graduate students and postdocs across disciplines in the library's graduate student commons on Friday, September 19th from 4-6pm. Complimentary drinks and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Join us!
