Lisa Griffiths named Chair of the Department of Health, Nutrition, and Food Sciences

After serving as as interim chair of the Department of Health, Nutrition, and Food Sciences (HNFS) since 2022, Lisa Griffiths, Ph.D., has been appointed chair of HNFS at the Florida State University College of Education, Health, and Human Sciences.

Assistant professor's research selected for funding from the ACC

Sport management assistant professor, Dr. N. David Pifer, and his team were selected for funding for an ACC-CRIA grant. The title of their project is "An Analysis of Transfer Portal Movements and Their Effects on the Athletic Performances of ACC Revenue Sports and Student-Athletes."
