Researcher earns Fulbright to examine education in the Philippines

Dr. Christine Mokher, associate professor of higher education,  has earned a Fulbright Scholar Fellowship and is headed to the Philippines to continue her research.

Faculty members receive National Science Foundation grant for STEM faculty development

FSU faculty members, from left, Tamara Bertrand Jones (Educational Leadership and Policy Studies), Roxanne Hughes (National High Magnetic Field Laboratory), Sara Hart (Psychology) and Lara Perez-Felkner (Higher Education and Sociology) have received a National Science Foundation grant to boost FSU initiatives to retain, recruit and develop talented STEM faculty.

Dr. Toby Park-Gaghan Named Interim Director of the School of Teacher Education

Dr. Toby Park-Gaghan was named the interim director of the School of Teacher Education this month. In addition to this appointment, he will continue to serve as the chair of the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies. Park-Gaghan takes over for Dr. Kathy Clark, who will be retiring after years of service to the college.
