[As-faculty] Request for Donation of Academic Regalia

Good Afternoon!

On behalf of the Dean’s Office, I am writing to let you know that we are currently accepting the donation of academic regalia, either as complete sets or individual pieces, to support faculty members who may need to borrow regalia for future commencement obligations.

These contributions would help the Dean’s Office maintain a small inventory that can be lent to faculty who may not have immediate access to their own regalia, ensuring their full participation in commencement ceremonies.

If you have regalia that you are willing to donate, whether it be gowns, hoods, caps, or accessories, it would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be delivered to the Dean’s Office at your convenience. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like assistance with the process.
