P&T workshops

It is never too soon to start attending these workshops. I recommend attending every year to hear different perspectives on the process. They give important information about external reviewers, what is expected of you at different stages of your career, etc.

I would also urge tenured faculty that sit on the PT&E committee to attend as well. You will be looking at it from a different perspective and you get a better sense of what FSU's high expectations are for our faculty.
