Hi All,

To paraphrase the below from Nick Parparian, a tree contractor is coming in to trim the palms and take down some of scrub trees at CAB during the week of Spring Break (March 10-14).

To ensure that your cars are safe and the workers have access to the sites they need to with their large trucks, please be sure to park away from the sago palm island and the handicap spots near CAB entrance. Also, please avoid the south parking area near the backflows.

I'm cc'ing Nick Parparian in the event he's got anything additional to add.

Landscaping and cleanup will occur at the central island in the parking lot cars will need to be parked away from the area during that week, this includes the handicapped parking. Please make sure people in your departments who could be out there that week are aware.

Talked with Terry with the school system this morning and they are going to have a tree contractor come in and trim the palms and also take down some scrub trees during the week of Spring Break (March 10-14). I am not sure who to email to make sure that if anyone will be there over the break to park away from the sago palm island in the handicap spots and also the south parking area close to the backflows so the tree company can get in to cut those trees without cars around those areas. I also asked to have a schedule for the landscaping company doing their work so we can let people know so they can park away from the islands as well.
