Hi all,
This is the multi-semester Teaching Development Program that we will be integrating into the Fall Supervised Teaching course and the larger Spring Teaching College Art course. You could also complete the program (or just do some of the parts of it) yourself. You can attend the zoom on Thursday or Friday if you want to know more. I will be joining, so I will have more information for you if you can't make it to the zoom.

Subject: Opportunity for Graduate Students - CAT Grads TDP
Dear Deans, Department Chairs, and Graduate Program Directors:
The Center for the Advancement of Teaching now offers a multi-semester Teaching Development Program (TDP) for graduate students! CAT Grads TDP is a flexible, non-credit bearing professional development opportunity through which graduate students will explore how research on learning can enhance their teaching, and learn strategies for successful teaching at FSU and beyond. In addition to enhancing their teaching practices (and confidence!), we hope the program will improve participants’ success on the academic job market after they graduate. More information about the program is available on our webpage: https://teaching.fsu.edu/teaching-development-program/<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fteaching.fsu.edu%2Fteaching-development-program%2F&data=05%7C02%7Cart-mfastudio%40lists.fsu.edu%7C43dce5dc7aef4f88131108dde3ed832a%7Ca36450ebdb0642a78d1b026719f701e3%7C0%7C0%7C638917331416148567%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=YgU6JBS931y%2FaQdjRVe56iCMs4m43XWpXlKz3qDxSW0%3D&reserved=0>
.
We would appreciate it if you could share this opportunity with graduate students who may be interested in enrolling in the program. We invite them to attend virtual info sessions on Thursday, August 28th, 3:30 p.m., OR Friday, August 29th, 10:30 a.m..
Here is the link they can use to register to attend either info session: https://forms.office.com/r/fuk2R0uiBS<https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.office.com%2Fr%2Ffuk2R0uiBS&data=05%7C02%7Cart-mfastudio%40lists.fsu.edu%7C43dce5dc7aef4f88131108dde3ed832a%7Ca36450ebdb0642a78d1b026719f701e3%7C0%7C0%7C638917331416165797%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=RXTmMVR4QI%2FTcpjDTmWsIl7fIDzZ8zDgYhIhIJDeqaw%3D&reserved=0>
