[Art-mfastudio] Open Studio Event NEXT FRIDAY

Hi all,

The Open Studio event is in one week. Here's the bit from the handbook describing what to expect. This is new and is in response to feedback from grads and faculty both. I am about to remind the faculty of the same info below, so everyone should be on the same page.

OPEN STUDIOS EVENTS

The goal of each Open Studios event is for students to briefly introduce themselves and their current studio practice to faculty visitors.
You should expect each conversation to be short, with the intention that a longer discussion can continue in a subsequent individual
studio visit. You should plan to email faculty members directly to schedule follow-up studio visits. The First-Year Open Studios event
in the Fall is for incoming students only. The All-Grad Open Studios event in the Spring will include all graduate students.
Participation in the Spring All-Grad Open Studios event is optional for third-year students.
