[Art-mfastudio] CAB network update

Hi all,

This is the update from CFA ITS...

ITS was able to apply a temporary solution today, and the network at CAB has been restored. However, tomorrow morning, ITS will take down the network to the building to implement a permanent fix. Please expect a network outage at the building tomorrow morning, 11/19.
