[Art-mfastudio] GA / Lab Manager Guidelines

Hi all,

Attached is the document that I've arrived at based on feedback from faculty and lab managers (I also emailed all grads but did not get any replies). It outlines the expectations for GAs and Lab Managers, communication guidelines, and some important information for faculty regarding what can be expected from Lab Managers.

Feel free to send me any other comments that you have. The plan is to re-present this at the Faculty Retreat and ensure that all faculty members, grads, and Lab Managers can use these guidelines starting in the Fall.
