[Art-mfastudio] Liability Waiver for Atlanta Trip

Hi all,

Sorry for the confusion about the liability waiver. I thought we could send it to you via Docusign but it turns out it needs to have a witness present. I am printing the forms and we have several options for you to sign them in person this week:

Tonight: I will have forms at the FAB visiting artist lecture and can hang around for a few minutes after the lecture to sign them
Tuesday: 10-12pm at the CAB fishbowl (and possibly a bit later if Tenee is still there). You can also catch me immediately after my AMC if you're at the fishbowl at 2:30pm.
Wednesday: 9-11:30 at FAB 320a - you can pop into my class and sign, no problem (it's work time for the students)
Thursday: 10-12pm at the CAB fishbowl
