[Art-mfastudio] Some important end-of-semester updates

Hi all,

A couple of important things:


  *   Nick has emailed to let us know that there will be no security during the break. If you plan to be at CAB, it is extremely important that you do NOT prop any doors open. Also, make sure no one piggybacks as you enter the building - if someone is approaching the entrance at the same time as you, maybe head back to your car for that thing you forgot. If you must be at CAB after dark, please consider coordinating with someone else so you're not the only one entering/exiting/etc. (Remember that there is always a buddy-system rule when using the shops anyway).
  *   We are abandoning the never-used anonymous feedback/suggestion box in the MFA lounge in favor of this online form: http://fla.st/7LPFLFYB (you can also use the attached QR code, which we will print and post in a couple places in CAB). The form is completely anonymous and works from a phone or computer. As it says in the form, don't use this for urgent situations or emergencies.

Finally, please watch your email for two things that will be coming separately:


  1.  A survey about your usage of the CAB facilities that will help inform the dean's office as they work to provide more security for the building
  2.  The itinerary for next week's ATL trip
