[Art-mfastudio] Please be nice to the building

Hello everyone,

I know many of you are not using CAB at the moment, but it was easier to blast this out to everyone.

These are trying times, given the stresses of Covid, school, and life in general, but please don't beat up the building by punching holes in the walls. Perhaps we can set up a "venting" area where anyone can take their frustrations out in a safer manner? (and where someone else won't have to repair it for you).

Stay safe, be kind to yourself and others, and take care of one another.
