I am contacting you on behalf of the Florida State University Art Therapy Department. We are conducting a study to learn more about mindfulness and art therapy through biofeedback. This study will involve daily activities for students to learn how to cope with stressors over a 5-week time period. Activities included are yoga, meditation, and sculpting with clay.
