[Art-mfastudio] FSU|MFA + Tuition Waiver Form [Signature Needed]

Hello + Good Evening All!



I hope that this message finds everyone doing well and enjoying your first week of classes. As many of you have noticed, your tuition statements might seem a little wonky right now - that is because while the waivers have been put in - they need your final signature to 'drop'. You can electronically access your waiver receipt in your Student Central or as I always call it - your FSU portal. Once accessed you will need to sign and send me your completed waiver form so that I can submit them as a whole. Here is a quick step-by-step on how to access your waiver form...



Accessing | Waiver Form

  1.  Log in to my.fsu.edu

  1.  Click on Student Central icon under MYFSU Links

  1.  Click on My Bill

  1.  Expand Account Services on left side navigation

  1.  Click on Waiver Form (this may take several minutes to load)

I highly suggest using DocuSign [https://app.docusign.com/home], an FSU owned program for electronic signatures, to make this process super easy. If you are a little rusty with digital signature programs, you are more than welcome to physically print out and sign your document and then send it back to me as a PDF. Whatever process you choose is fine - as long as it is legibly signed and can reasonably be considered a legal acknowledgment of your waiver.


With that being said, I need all of your electronically signed waiver forms by next Friday, September 3rd, 2021 before 11:59pm. As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be happy to address them. Wishing you guys safe and healthy days ahead!
