Hello,
We are looking forward to the MFA Orientation starting on Monday, 8/16, at CAB.   We are happy to be able to provide you with lunch on Monday.

Please go to https://forms.gle/hLWt5gbSzQnHumYb7  to make your lunch order BY THURSDAY, 8/12, 5PM - that is tomorrow but this is a simple request so I hope you can do this right away.

I have attached a menu that gives you detailed descriptions of each item.
