This means that you will not be able to access CAB from 5:00pm tomorrow. Those who currently have access will no longer have access after this time. Please prepare for this by retrieving what you need from CAB to be able to work from home. Home as a studio is very common and although not ideal for some, can be very productive. Please be aware of social distancing as you decant what you need. For those of you who are graduating this is a particularly important time and together with your peers and faculty you will need to be as resourceful as you can and find alternative ways to ?exhibit? or realize your projects. This is the time to be creative and find solutions. Thank you for your patience and I hope you all stay safe. Lisa Liseno Assistant Dean, Graduate School Director, Program for Instructional Excellence (PIE) ---------------------------------------------------------------- The Program for Instructional Excellence (PIE) has launched a new Canvas organizational site that serves to provide all FSU TAs the opportunity to find peer community and support while all face-to-face courses are moved to an online format for the remainder of the spring 2020 semester, and into at least a portion of the summer. I?m also working on a scheme for collection and moving of students work from the studios, I?ll keep you posted on the plans. I hope all of you have been busy with remote working tasks if you?re a GA or keeping your classes going if you a TA. Let me know if you need anything or you just want a zoom chat. I?m available if you want to talk and discuss ideas, projects, future plans or just the monotony of being at home chomping at the bit. I just want to let you know that although the Governor of Florida will be lifting the ?stay at home? rule the University is still not open for students to go onto campus (if you?re not living in dorms). I have just come from a zoom meeting with Greg Washington Lieutenant of Special Operations and Public Safety, Kim Barber Registrar and Mitch Kilcrease Associate VP for Financial Administration Costs, and they are stressing that the restrictions will remain in place. The University will be sending an email out confirming this soon. We are working on a scheme for the collection of your materials which we will be confirming soon.
