I am hosting Rachel Rossin this weekend as she given a Notable Noles FSU Alumni Award this Friday…she the first studio art Major to get this prestigious award.
Rachel Graduated from FSU with a BFA in 2009 and is now living in NYC and showing internationally.

Terri and Mark and I worked with her back in the day, and I want to celebrate her accomplishments by hosting an informal Meet & Greet for the MFAs and Faculty at my house/studio THIS Saturday, Sept. 21 from 11:30-2 at
2504 Armistead Rd
in Betton Hills.

I will provide snacks and light refreshments.

*Note that earlier that Saturday (from 10am-11:30) I will be hosting the inviting 3rd Year MFAs (all in my Professional Practices class) and the Graduating BFA’s (in Terri’s class) in my studio to have an informal chat with her about her post-gradation experiences- I will moderate this.

(Note that because she is not giving a talk, I have asked the students to google her and come prepared with some knowledge of her work to the open house-)
