I hope that this message finds you all having a wonderful Wednesday afternoon. I am contacting you in regards to the upcoming Prospective MFA Visit that is happening this Friday, March 15th. I apologize for not reaching out to you sooner about this event - that is totally my bird brain's fault for not thinking ahead. Thankfully, Judy sent out the abbreviated schedule (that was beautifully colored by the way) yesterday. Below, I will attach the extremely detailed schedule that I already sent out to the Prospective MFAs (incase you want to see their side of the visit). I will also attach their contact information - which includes some yummy details like their primary mediums and where they are coming from.

What I need from you is an RSVP for the Wakulla Springs trip that is planned on Saturday, March 16th. As you will notice, there is a boat ride that is happening and if you would like a ticket for this thrilling excursion we need to know in advance. Please let me know if you plan to attend by tomorrow, Thursday, March 14th by 5:00pm. As always, thank you so much for involvement in these events and for truly making our program shine!!! :)
