Tenley Bick is a professor in Art History and she is preparing for research leave for the 2019–20 year for an out-of-state residency. She is looking to sublet her furnished home in midtown from 9/10/19–7/31/20 (move-in and move-out dates are flexible). Furnished 2bed/1bath mid-century house below TMH in Midtown with lots of living space and bonus rooms (9 rooms total) and large fenced yard on a corner lot.

Pets: Dog friendly upon approval.

Available 9/9/19–7/31/20. $1495/mo. Move-in and move-out dates are negotiable if necessary.

Location: Below Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and Miccosukee, north of Tennessee, off Magnolia Drive.

2.7 miles from FSU campus; less than 10-minute drive to campus.

Amenities: Central air and heat.

1-car garage and carport for 2nd car.

Laundry room with full-size separate washer and dryer

Hardwood floors throughout; tiled bathroom, linoleum kitchen and polished concrete in sunroom.

Lots of closets; master includes walk-in.

Large living room with grand piano, dining room, bonus sunroom with French doors, and additional mudroom or office space.
