Good Afternoon All!

I hope that this message finds you all having a productive/relaxing weekend while the semester winds down. I am reaching out to all of you in regards to our upcoming Clean-Up Week | April 29th - May 3rd. In the past we used to consolidate our clean-up period to just one day - one long, grueling day that everyone may or may not have dreaded... **distant moans**

So, I have decided that we would expand this period to the whole week where you would sign-up for your desired task and complete it at your leisure during this week (coordinate with your team & have fun!). I will be then be checking off the tasks completion as well as checking out the exiting MFAs on Friday, May 3rd from 12pm - 3pm.

With that being said, we have ordered THE dumpster - this big fella will arrive on Monday for all of your dumping needs. Supplies like wall paint, floor paint, rollers, etc. are currently available and will be available all week. I have compiled these supplies on my beautiful light blue and white studio cart aka Bessie - she is currently circulating through the 3rd year studios so I am sure you will see her soon. If you are in need of a certain supply or one has run out and I am not there - please just call, text, or email me anytime and I will retrieve said supply.

Also, if you have any items in the install rooms (Pod install rooms, install rooms near the MFA Lounge, & the long-term project room) - they will need to be removed momentarily so that these spaces can be restored. This includes items in the 'storage area' of Pod C (as this area will not be offered anymore due to a very full incoming class). Please note that if you can not make it to Clean-Up Week that you will need to let me know as soon as possible so that I can reserve a task for you to complete upon your return.

Again, please sign up for your desired task as soon as possible but definitely before the weekend is over (Sunday, April 28th by 11:59pm). If your name is not on the google doc by Monday I will have to insert myself. As always, please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I will be happy to answer them. :)
