<p class="MsoNormal">At Western we had meetings with IT and our attorney. They indicated that most of the Zoom issues have been with public posting of zoom meeting info as well as allowing participants to use a virtual background. After signing the BAA with
zoom they had these recommendations:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The supervisor must be the one to set-up the meeting (this is to make sure there is no recording) – no other host should be allowed – for screen sharing the supervisor can allow access once everyone is in the meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">There must be an original link set-up for each zoom session (using a recurring meeting time makes the sessions a bit more vulnerable).<o:p></o:p></p>
