We typically staff for these appointments 3 to 7 days ahead of the session, depending on the individual supervisor. </span></p><ol start="2" type="1"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1">Time student has to turn in a rough draft of a diagnostic report after an evaluation is completed.</li></ol><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.25in"><span style="color:red">The students are required to turn in the first draft of report 2 days after the appointment. The final draft is due one day after edited copy is returned by the supervisor.</span></p><ol start="3" type="1"><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo1">Preparation time between a student receiving a clinical assignment and the start of the first intervention session. </li></ol><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span style="color:red">At the beginning of the semester, the students are given about a week to prepare.
