At those meetings clients are assigned, syllabi reviewed, expectations established, etc. Each instructor holds a staffing for each clinic separately. Instructors offer weekly Grand Rounds on Fridays for all the students in each of their clinics. The content of these meetings are specific to student needs/requests. Dx teams meet weekly to discuss evals, results, test scoring, etc. Mid-term Meetings are mandatory during mid-term week (or shortly thereafter). Final Meetings are mandatory during finals week. Office hours are held as needed during the semester. As for the whole cohort: we hold advising meeting at the beginning of each semester and 1 other meeting the week of scheduling. We also hold a mandatory orientation every August and January. Both are divided into separate sessions for 1st and 2nd year students. Hope this helps! Melissa T.
