From qing.li at okstate.edu Tue Jun 9 10:08:21 2020 From: qing.li at okstate.edu (Li, Qing) Date: Tue, 9 Jun 2020 14:08:21 +0000 Subject: [SC-MorphLab] question about GPSA Message-ID: Hello, First of all, I would like to thank the great job you did on developing the Generalized Procrustes Surface Analysis software. I found it so useful for my research. I have a bunch of dental models as .ply format and would like to see their morphological differences. When I tried to run the software on a few samples, it seems work well. But when I increased the number of surface files to 200, it failed and said "an error occurred, please see console output". So I am wondering whether there is a quantative limitation of this software. If so, what is the number? Thank you very much in advance for your guidance. Sincerely, Qing -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Cameron, I don?t know if the 3D-ID stuff used the head scanner but if it did, you may want to look on the external hard drives in the MorphLab or ask Gordon about it. Gordon and TSG had me copy all the scan data off the head scanner computer before it was repossessed by the army so I?m sure that?s still laying around somewhere. James, I?m still working on my Dissertation. Hopefully it?ll be done by this coming Spring. Thanks for asking! I?m really glad to hear you avoided the layoffs! I?m sorry to hear the layoff waves made their way up to your school at all though. Those seems to be going around a lot these days. Hope you?re doing okay otherwise! Likewise!
