the procurement process when items are being traded in.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">As part of the process, Procurement Services should be notified of any trade-ins prior to the new acquisition and have the new AR for trade-ins attached. Requisitioners should also use the comments and attachment
sections to provide any necessary additional information. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
