form</span></a></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black"> to the <a href="mailto:PAS_PropertyForms@fsu.edu?subject=Attractive%20Item%20Addition%20Form">
<span style="color:#0563C1">Asset</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;color:#0563C1"> Management Office</span></a> prior to the vehicle leaving the Surplus facility. This form is required for all vehicles that are acquired by a department from FSU Surplus Operations
and is essential to ensure that your “new” vehicle is properly insured, licensed, and registered. Please note that Surplus Operations will not release vehicle keys until they have confirmed that the form was received by the Asset Management Office. </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
